Rectorseal Metacaulk 6" X 7" Putty Pad is a one-component, fire-rated material that is ideal for through-penetration firestop systems. This moldable, non-curing putty is designed to intumesce when heated, creating an insulating char that effectively prevents the spread of flames, smoke, gas, and water through penetration openings. Its easy application by hand, without the need for any tools or mixing, makes it a convenient solution for ensuring fire safety in your home or commercial building. It contains no volatile solvents and no asbestos fillers.
