Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused tools back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
